Which Base to Choose: Santo Amaro, Barreirinhas or Atins
An honest comparison, with the one criterion nobody tells tourists: how each base performs in photos.
There is no right base, there is the right base for your travel style. All three give access to the same park, but the experience changes completely: the route, the feel of the village, the crowds and, above all, the scenery. Let's take it step by step.

How each base performs in photos (the view of someone who has shot here for 27 years)
Santo Amaro
The most preserved lagoons and dunes minutes from the village. It is where I take couples who want the park all to themselves: fewer people in the frame, more of the light put to use.
Barreirinhas
The classic circuits, Lagoa Azul and Lagoa Bonita, shine at golden hour. It takes choosing your timing well to escape the crowds, and that is exactly what I do in my sessions.
Atins
The river mouth, the dunes sliding down to the sea and the wind sketching patterns in the sand. Movie-set scenery for sessions with an adventurous soul, like Júlia's surprise proposal and Isabella's pre-wedding.
Package prices change with the base town: Santo Amaro is the reference price, Barreirinhas carries an access surcharge, and Atins, being the most remote, the largest one. All three are listed openly on the pricing page.
